1. Services

Jet Travel provides luxury chauffeur-driven Cadillac Escalade rides for transfers, tours, and special events. All services are subject to availability.

2. Bookings & Payments

Reservations must be made in advance via our website or official contacts.

Payments are required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and approved online payment systems.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

24+ Hours Before Ride: Full refund.

Less Than 24 Hours: 50% cancellation fee.

No Show: No refund.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

Ensure accurate booking details (pickup time, location, passengers).

Respect the chauffeur and vehicle at all times.

No smoking, illegal substances, or dangerous items allowed inside the vehicle.

5. Chauffeur & Vehicle Rights

Chauffeurs may refuse service if passengers behave abusively, illegally, or dangerously.

Vehicles are allocated based on availability, though we strive to provide the exact model booked.

6. Liability

Jet Travel is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events beyond our control.

We are not responsible for lost or forgotten personal belongings inside the vehicle.

Maximum liability is limited to the cost of the booked service.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
